TUESDAY night was the grand final of the Wooragee Night Tennis Competition.

After a very even season of tennis, with all eight teams having a chance to make the finals, it came down to a match between The Missing Links and Midnight Oil.

After the Links got out to a lead of three sets to one, the last two sets were tiebreakers.

The match was won by the Missing Links four sets to two and 32 games to 25.

Player of the match was Ali Maher who won all her sets and was determined to get her name on the Pam Nankervis Perpetual Trophy.
