YARRAWONGA Football Netball Club has been left reeling after premiership player Jess Koopman was severely injured by a firework during celebrations earlier this week.
The 27-year-old was airlifted to the Alfred Hospital on Tuesday night, having suffered severe facial injuries after attempting to ignite a commercial grade manufactured firework around 11pm.
