THE conduct of council meetings in Indigo Shire is governed generally by councils governance rules passed by council in July, 2024 and due for review in 2026.
At every scheduled meeting of council there is an open forum agenda item, the conduct of which is governed by section 35 of those rules.
In it’s opening paragraph section 35 states:
