THE YACKANDANDAH Cemetery Trust is one of five community groups that shared in a pool of more than $19,000 worth of grants from Indigo Shire Council last week.
The trust received $8000 for installation of a 5kw solar photovoltaic (PV) and battery storage system on the cemetery grounds maintenance shed to charge battery operated grounds maintenance equipment and power tools.
