THE final stage of installation of the Beechworth Courthouse Kelly Trials exhibition has been delayed, following the discovery of asbestos in the building’s ceiling cavity.
A small piece of hazardous material was located last week, having been covered by insulation, and Indigo Shire Council is now following necessary protocols to remove the asbestos.
